Urgent Action Needed

September 29, 2022

Effective October 1, 2022, Rogers County RWD #5 will transition to a new alert system.  This new system will be used for all notifications from RWD #5 including, but not limited to, notification of water outages and service interruption for past due bills.  The new system eliminates our previous alert system and past due cut off notices. 

It is imperative you call the business office, 918 266-4634, to insure we have your current contact number and email address on file.  Our office is open from 8:00A to 4:00P, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays.
