On-Line Bill Pay

CALL: Dial 877-885-7968 (automated phone payment system). On the first call, you will set up your payment profile. Future payment calls will be 4 easy steps.

We have selected Payment Service Network (PSN) to process your payments because of the high level of security and convenience they offer. PSN has been awarded a Level 1 Certification, the highest security possible, by the credit card industry.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. Payments not received in our office by the due date will incurr a 6% late fee.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders and credit/debit cards. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
We also have a night drop in the door to allow you to make your payment after business hours; just be sure to include your payment coupon. If coupon is not available please include your account number and/or your account name to insure your payment is credited correctly. Cash payments must be placed in an envelope and labeled with account name and number.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
