This notice advises that we are changing vendors for our credit card / phone service as of April 1st, 2024. We have contracted with “Nexbillpay” out of Birmingham, Alabama to handle our transactions.
This web site is more secure and has more options and information for our customers. Not only will you be able to pay your bill online or by phone, but if you use the online service you will be able to view your billing history and your water usage history. You can store your credit card information with your account which will keep expedite your transaction each month. You can sign up for Auto Pay and Text to pay. As always if there is any question with your bill, that will be handled in our office. You would like to use your credit card and pay in the office, via virtual terminals in our office.
We will discontinue using Payment Service Network (PSN) on April 30, 2024. To continue paying by credit card or by phone please log onto www.rogersrwd5.com, click on the BILL PAYMENT and it will link you directly to Nexbillpays’ web site. You will be required to create your account by entering a user name and password along with your account number. You may then sign up for any of the offered services. To pay by phone, call (888)611-8284. You will need your water account number and your credit card information.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. **Due to the 2020 COVID19 pandemic mail and courier processes are experiencing delays. As a result, it may take longer to receive payments by mail**. Payments not received in our office by the due date will incurr a 10% late fee.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders and credit/debit cards. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
We also have a night drop located on the South side of the building to allow you to make your payment after business hours; just be sure to include your payment coupon. If coupon is not available please include your account number and/or your account name to insure your payment is credited correctly. Cash payments must be placed in an envelope and labeled with account name and number.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
