Nexbillpay Sign-Up Instructions

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR THE NEW PAYMENT PORTAL, NEXBILLPAY:

Click the green button in the top right hand corner labeled "Bill Payment"

That will redirect you to our bill payment page platform, Nexbillpay.

From there click the green "Pay my bill now" button.

This will redirect you to the front page of the new website, Nexbillpay.

You will see on the right hand side under the Username and Password boxes a green

"sign up now" button.

Click that button and follow the prompts, filling in your information.

Service Address: ___________________

Once you fill in all the information to build your profile it will take you to the

"Account Overview". This is your profile for your account.

From there on the left hand side you will see gray colored tabs, the fourth or fifth option down should say auto-pay.

Click that and you can choose to add a checking account and/or a credit/debit card, We do not charge fees to use whatever option you choose.  Add your information and agree to the "terms of services" and click "enroll now"

From there you should be set up and good to go!

Nexpay  pulls the payment on the 11th of each month and will notify you first either by text or email (on the 9th)  to let you know how much your bill will be and the amount that will be taken out of your account. They will also let you know on the 11th to confirm it was taken out. 

This web site is more secure and has more options and information for our customers.  Not only will you be able to pay your bill online or by phone, but if you use the online service you will be able to view your billing history and your water usage history.  You can store your credit card information with your account which will keep expedite your transaction each month.  You can sign up for Auto Pay and Text to pay.  As always if there iare any question with your bill, that will be handled in our office.  You can also come to the office and use your credit card and pay, via virtual terminals in our office.
