Nexbillpay Sign-Up Instructions

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR THE NEW PAYMENT PLATFORM, NEXBILLPAY:
Click the green button in the top right hand corner labeled "Bill Payment"
That will redirect you to our bill payment page that goes over the new payment
platform, Nexbillpay.
From there click the green "Pay my bill now" button.
This will redirect you to the front page of the new website, Nexbillpay.
You will see on the right hand side under the Username and Password boxes a green
"sign up now" button.
Click that button and follow the prompts, filling in your information.
Your account number is: _____
Name on account: _____________
Service Address: ___________________
Once you fill in all the information to build your profile it will take you to the
"Account Overview" this is your profile for your account.
From there on the left hand side you will see gray colored tabs, the fourth or fifth
option down should say auto-pay.
Click that and you can choose to add a checking account or a credit/debit card, there
are no extra fees either way you choose.
Add your information and agree to the "terms of services" and click "enroll now"
From there you should be set up and good to go!
It pulls the 11th of each month and will notify you first either by text or email
which ever you prefer and sign up for.
